Our stay at this hotel was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with an art-deco interior. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from attractions, markets, and the train/metro station. The staff, particularly Davide, was extremely helpful and attentive, providing assistance from the moment we arrived until our departure. it was a very pleasant stay.

The only improvement I would suggest is to enhance the morning meal selection.

The cleaning lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. She scolded us for arriving at the scheduled check-in time, and made a lot of noise while cleaning early in the morning, making it impossible to get any sleep.

The room itself was situated in a charming tenement house with a beautiful art-deco interior. The ceiling fan and air conditioning provided a comfortable environment. The host's attention to detail was evident with fresh water and croissants provided daily. Despite the language barrier, the host, Lady Ninfa, was kind and accommodating. our stay at Bonorum was delightful and I would highly recommend it. The level of service and the overall experience made it a memorable trip.
